Breaking the Deadlock
Reconstruction and repurposing of a multi-apartment residential complex into an apart-hotel in Antalya.

Features of Project
Building redevelopment, interior design development in accordance with the agreed budgets. Included: plumbing, heating, ventilation, and sauna. Custom design of a restaurant, massage room, heated pool, bar, and cafe for breakfast and quick lunches. Design of low-current systems such as video surveillance, security, and fire alarms.
Demolition work down to the main load-bearing frame of the building. Conducting a concrete strength assessment of the frame.
After the assessment:
- Reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures with carbon fiber;
- Filling internal and external partition walls with brick;
- Installation of underfloor heating;
- Installation of metal roof structures;
- Installation of cable ducts;
- pouring a cement-sand screed;
- pouring concrete for the pool;
- installing ceramic floor tiles;
- façade work;
- electrical system installation and finishing.
